Short Description Oversees all credit and collections activities whilst leading a team to ensure company policies are met in an efficient manner.Job Summary As a Billing and Collections Manager you will play a critical role in managing teams responsible for accurate and timely billing and customer collections. You will be responsible for leading and driving the day-to-day execution and the ongoing improvement of the organisation's billings and collections processes and projects.Job DescriptionTypical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Manage and support our billing transformation projects in line with strategic direction
• Manage solutions to critical business issues faced by the business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure billing is meeting and exceeding expected results
• Review and monitor key metrics to track to drive optimisation
• Minimise debts and loss of revenue due to ineffective billing or collection processes
• Ensure financial policies are maintained and continuously observed
• Lead teams of Commercial Finance professionals and provide management, coaching and guidance to billings and collection team members
