Description We are looking for a skilled Billing & Coding Analyst to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing billing operations and ensuring accuracy in account adjustments and compliance with organizational policies. This position involves collaboration with school directors, parents, and other departments to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze reports provided by center management for accuracy, and prepare spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership. • Assist center and district managers in implementing processes, procedures, and software usage. • Manage account adjustments related to billing errors, rate changes, and credits, ensuring accuracy. • Build and maintain strong relationships with center management to enhance collaboration and streamline operations. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and precise communication of information. • Uphold high standards of service quality for both internal and external stakeholders. • Oversee billing processes for childcare centers, including documentation, invoicing, and collections. • Handle government agency billing, including submitting monthly attendance records and invoices for assigned centers. • Analyze invoices and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Promote and communicate the organization’s mission and values to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing operations. • Proficiency in billing functions and accounts receivable processes. • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with billing software and collection procedures. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to billing and coding. • Experience collaborating with vendors and employees. • Ability to work ethically and consistently within organizational values and mission.
