Description We are looking for a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes, verifying data, and supporting financial operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative work environment while utilizing your organizational and clerical expertise. Responsibilities: • Calculate product costs, shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes using Traverse software. • Verify the accuracy of billing data, payment methods, and related information, making corrections as needed. • Prepare itemized statements, invoices, and other essential billing documents with precision. • Review freight costs, credits, and tracking details to ensure compliance with billing policies. • Provide backup support for reception duties as required. • Assist with additional administrative tasks and team projects when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and shared responsibilities. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent education. • Strong communication skills with a positive and detail-oriented demeanor. • Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and share responsibilities. • Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures. • Methodical approach to work with focus and dedication. • Proficiency in billing functions, data entry, and related systems.
