Key Responsibilities: + Prepare, process, and issue invoices to clients and stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. + Monitor account statuses, ensuring payments are received and discrepancies are resolved efficiently. + Conduct follow-ups on outstanding balances and manage collections when necessary. + Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records within the accounting system. + Collaborate with other departments to reconcile discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy. + Respond to billing inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, delivering excellent customer service. + Assist with financial reports and support ad hoc billing-related projects as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + Previous experience in a billing specialist role or similar accounting position. + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software systems. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team interactions. + Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment while maintaining accountability for individual tasks.
