Responsibilities: • Enter relevant entries into the system. • Communicate effectively with managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. • Apply basic accounting principles, including understanding debits and credits, to daily tasks. • Adapt quickly to new processes and systems while maintaining accuracy. • Maintain composure under pressure and handle challenges with professionalism. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or a related financial role. • Familiarity with billing functions, collection processes, and billing systems. • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits. • Strong problem-solving skills and financial common sense. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with managers and external partners. • Resilience in handling feedback and maintaining focus in high-pressure situations.
