Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Merced, California. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in billing, data entry, and customer service. As a key part of our operations, you will handle critical billing tasks and support various administrative processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Organize, print, and file fuel delivery Bills of Lading for accurate record-keeping. • Process truck and trailer documentation for wholesale and commercial accounts. • Manage paperwork for bobtail fuel deliveries to commercial clients. • Investigate and resolve unprocessed Bills of Lading in the common batch system. • Research and address open bulk load orders for trucks and trailers. • Handle inquiries and orders related to unprocessed fuel deliveries from the warehouse. • Provide dispatch support and assist walk-in customers with their needs. • Create and process customer orders received via phone calls. • Perform general billing tasks to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
