Description Temporary Billing Clerk Location: Central Oklahoma City, OK Duration: 90 days (potential for extension or temp-to-hire) Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends Hourly Rate: $16 per hour Responsibilities: + Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently. + Conduct research and investigate discrepancies as needed. + Make adjustments to invoices and billing records. + Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of work. + Manage high volumes of billing tasks within tight deadlines. + Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office suite for data entry and reporting. + Ensure timely reporting to work and adherence to work schedule. + Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Requirements Requirements: + Proven experience in billing or related field preferred. + Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Professional written and verbal communication abilities. + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
