Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner. Payment Processing: Record and process payments, ensuring proper application to accounts. Customer Communication: Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Data Entry: Maintain accurate and updated records in billing systems. Reporting: Generate reports related to billing, accounts receivables, and financial activities as requested by management. Compliance: Ensure all billing procedures adhere to company guidelines and relevant regulations. Requirements Proven experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or similar financial support position. Proficiency with billing software and office tools such as Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
