Description Billing Clerk – Temp-to-Hire Location: Oklahoma City, OK (100% Onsite) Pay: $16–$17 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Clerk for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company in Oklahoma City. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has experience handling high volumes of work with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and process high-volume billing statements with precision and timeliness + Conduct account research and resolve discrepancies + Make necessary billing adjustments and issue credits as needed + Ensure all invoices and billing records are accurate and compliant with company standards + Maintain organized and up-to-date billing files and documentation + Communicate professionally with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing issues + Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to create and manage reports Requirements Qualifications: + Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage high-volume workloads + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic + Typing test REQUIRED + Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and attendance.
