Description Job Title: Temporary Billing Clerk Duration: 90–120 Days (Potential to Extend or Convert to Temp-to-Hire) Location: Central Oklahoma City | 100% Onsite Pay Rate: $19/hour Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk for a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension or hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, can meet tight deadlines, and is comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities: + Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner + Research and resolve billing discrepancies + Apply adjustments as needed and ensure proper documentation + Support collections efforts by coordinating with internal teams and clients + Maintain billing records and organize financial documentation + Use Excel and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking and reporting + Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone + Meet daily deadlines and manage a high workload efficiently Requirements Requirements: + Prior billing or accounts receivable experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite + Must be dependable and able to report to work on time daily + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (typing test required) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
