Role summary
We are looking for a Billing Associate, who speaks Dutch, to carry out invoicing for all customers in the Benelux region, ensure its completeness and transmit invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Your role in our mission:
Perform routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain systems.
Ensure completeness of monthly billing.
Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed.
Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox).
Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.
Valued skills and experience:
Dutch language level B2/C1.
English level B2/C1.
Experience in a billing or accounting department.
Ability to prioritise work within the team.
Strong attention to detail, rigorous.
Good knowledge of the office pack, Excel, GSuite, ERPs.
Knowledge of accounting.
