**Billing Assistant- Supports** the construction department in the area of contract management, purchase orders, auditing of general contractor payment requests, verification of invoice payments to contractors and construction vendors. Period close reporting, store file scanning, creation of needed reports and miscellaneous department assignments. Functions as the direct contact for the accounts payable dept. project managers, directors, vendors and contractors in regard to invoice issues and questions.
