Job Description
Reporting to our Client Management team, you'll collaborate in the billing and collections process for our clients. Must be well organized in keeping track of member details and able to work independently.
Use internal software to apply discounts, edit invoices, account balances, and respond to billing tickets. Able to communicate with CM members and team.
The responsibilities will include:
Prepare, send, and follow up on financial provisions (invoices, estimates), and manage the accurate and timely receipt of payments.Maintain organized and secure digital records using document management systems (e.g., Google Drive, DocuWare).Coordinate internal teams, assigning tasks and supervising technology projects to ensure timely deliveries.Generate accurate financial reports for audits and internal reviews.Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, handling inquiries related to payments, invoices, and servicesUse CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to document interactions and optimize relationship management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.1+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or operational roles with direct client-facing exposure.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with local tax regulations and electronic invoicing.Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, DocuWare) and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).
