The Role
As an ALM Billing Analyst, you'll join our North American Billing team and play a vital role in our financial operations. You will manage the entire billing process for our storage clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Execute and process monthly invoices for multiple client locations
Act as a key reference point for client inquiries about billing
Identify and analyze billing issues, and inform the appropriate teams
Maintain and enforce billing processes to ensure accuracy
Contribute to special projects as needed
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong work ethic and the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an advanced level of English
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
