Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Tonawanda, New York. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee billing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures. • Utilize accounting software systems, including Aderant and Costpoint, to process financial data effectively. • Perform audits of accounts receivable and billing records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize billing workflows and enhance efficiency. • Generate detailed financial reports using Microsoft Excel for analysis and decision-making. • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and ensure timely invoicing. • Support auditing functions to verify the accuracy of financial documents and transactions. • Address and resolve billing inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders. • Assist in the integration of CRM tools to streamline billing processes. • Continuously evaluate and improve billing systems to align with organizational objectives. Requirements • Proven experience with accounting software systems such as Aderant and Costpoint. • Strong knowledge of billing functions and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis. • Familiarity with CRM tools and their application in billing operations. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Solid understanding of auditing principles and practices. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and address client inquiries. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
