Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Chatham, New Jersey, this role requires expertise in managing billing functions, accounts receivable, and customer service processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with systems such as Aderant and Costpoint to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including tracking, reporting, and ensuring payment compliance. • Utilize Aderant and Costpoint software to maintain financial records and streamline operations. • Provide exceptional customer service to address billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on billing procedures and policies. • Monitor and manage export billing processes to comply with organizational standards. • Identify and implement process improvements within the billing workflow. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all billing activities. Requirements • Proven experience in billing functions and accounts receivable management. • Proficiency in using Aderant and Costpoint software. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial reports. • Excellent customer service skills for resolving billing-related concerns. • High attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Familiarity with export billing processes is preferred. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Prior experience in a contract-based role is a plus.
