Description Our team in Buffalo is currently seeking multiple Billing Analysts for our client located in Tonowanda, NY. The billing analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining financial records. Analyzing billing data, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with other teams to optimize billing processes. Key Responsibilities: + Preparing and issuing invoices, statements, and reports. + Applying payments, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts receivable. + Analyzing billing data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving errors. + Addressing customer inquiries, resolving billing disputes, and providing billing information. + Maintaining accurate and organized financial records. + Identifying areas for billing process improvement and streamlining operations.
