C3 AI is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The ideal candidate will manage billing operations, accounts receivable, and collections, while also playing a key role in improving our invoicing processes.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily billing operations, including accounts receivable management and collections. Lead the monthly consumption invoicing process, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize best practices for consumption-based invoicing. Manage marketplace transactions and ensure timely collections by coordinating with customers and partners. Prepare monthly close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and presentations related to accounts receivable and sales tax. Collaborate with sales and legal teams to process vendor onboarding requests.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in billing or related functions. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in high-growth environments, ideally within SaaS or PaaS industries. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering results. Knowledge of general accounting concepts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with NetSuite (preferred). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
