What You Will Get To Do:

Responsible for billing transactions, ensuring that costs billable to appropriate parties are billed correctly and timelyPrepare and research journal entries for auditing and posting. Reconciles recurring, standard accountsPrepare and distribute billing reports and spreadsheetsEnter charges into a billing software program to create administrative invoicesCommunication with operational management teamsVerify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies. Research & resolve problems and/or unusual itemsParticipate in internal and external audits and monitor open audit pointsParticipate in special projects. Define and implement processes and procedures that the department will use to support new products, processes, etc.Perform variance analysis and report the results

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or High School degree and at least 4 years of related experienceIntermediate level of Excel, Word and OutlookOutstanding communication skills
