Description Our client is seeking a skilled Billing & Accounts Specialist to join their team and support core financial operations with a primary focus on project billing and accounts receivable. This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting both service and product-based revenue cycles in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage project-based billing, including progress and installment billing cycles + Process accounts receivable and follow up on collections (approximately 60% of the role) + Perform cash application, reconciling payments to customer accounts + Assist with accounts payable and a few bank reconciliations (RCs) + Handle business unit (BU) level accounting responsibilities as needed + Track cost of goods sold (COGS) on the service side + Utilize Microsoft Dynamics for financial transactions and reporting + Maintain and analyze financial data in Excel (intermediate to advanced level preferred) Requirements + 2+ years of experience in billing, AR, and general accounting + Strong understanding of project billing and collections processes + Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Excel + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities + Excellent communication and organizational skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
