Bilingual Workday HR Admin
Aston Carter is hiring a Bilingual & non-Bilingual HR Admin for an immediate start!

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project or program management, financial planning, business consulting, or operational analysis. You will be responsible for providing leadership in projects, analyzing operations for long-term strategies, and ensuring operating profitability.

Responsibilities

Provide project leadership and quantitative measurement of operations long-term strategies.Coordinate among various corporate groups in the analysis of business proposals impacting operations.Develop strategic and tactical plans for operations.Analyze operational costs and asset utilization.Provide ongoing business and technical advice to executive management.Manage HRIS inbox and provide Level 1 support, escalating complex issues to HR Tech.Handle bonus calculations, terminations, requisitions, and reorganizations.Set up training classes with Workday modules for regional training.Ensure quality control through technical expertise to maintain system integrity.Perform mass updates of foundation data and assist end users with transactional employee data.Run monthly reports and perform data validations.Conduct data integrity audits and follow up with HR and other departments.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related discipline.5+ years of professional experience in project or program management, financial planning, business consulting, or operational analysis.Knowledgeable in spreadsheet applications and computer modeling.Strong management, human relations, and communication skills.HRIS experience with Workday required.Technical expertise in maintaining system integrity.Well-organized with keen attention to detail.Ability to understand HR process flows from recruitment to termination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, for 3+Technical skills in Excel, including Vlookups and formulas.Excellent customer service and team player attributes.Flexibility and a people-oriented approach.

Work Environment

This role is completely remote with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm EST. \\

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
