**A day in a life…**
+ Serve as the primary interface between Nestlé Markets/Businesses and the Nestlé Global Website and Search Services team.
+ Assist in managing and prioritizing websites and search service tickets to ensure timely assignment to available resources.
+ Respond to market queries promptly in Microsoft Teams chat, providing clear and effective communication.
+ Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) for all web content tasks prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and relevance.
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to facilitate project discussions and updates.
+ Prepare and send regular reports on project status, issues, and resolutions.
+ Document and track related issues or queries to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
**Job Requirements:**
+ **Web Content Quality Assurance Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in web content quality assurance is preferred.
+ **Multinational/Multicultural Experience:** Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment.
+ **Bilingual Proficiency:** Proficient in both Vietnamese and English, with strong skills in writing, reading, and speaking.
+ **Ticketing and Workflow Tools:** Experience with ticketing and workflow management tools to streamline processes.
+ **Proactive and Motivated:** Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with a strong willingness to share knowledge and best practices with peers.
