Bilingual Website and Search Coordinator (Vietnamese)
**Position Snapshot** Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan, PH / Rockwell, Makati, PH Company: Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. Full-time **A day in a life…** + Serve as the primary interface between Nestlé Markets/Businesses and the Nestlé Global Website and Search Services team. + Assist in managing and prioritizing websites and search service tickets to ensure timely assignment to available resources. + Respond to market queries promptly in Microsoft Teams chat, providing clear and effective communication. + Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) for all web content tasks prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and relevance. + Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to facilitate project discussions and updates. + Prepare and send regular reports on project status, issues, and resolutions. + Document and track related issues or queries to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing. **Job Requirements:** + **Web Content Quality Assurance Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in web content quality assurance is preferred. + **Multinational/Multicultural Experience:** Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment. + **Bilingual Proficiency:** Proficient in both Vietnamese and English, with strong skills in writing, reading, and speaking. + **Ticketing and Workflow Tools:** Experience with ticketing and workflow management tools to streamline processes. + **Proactive and Motivated:** Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with a strong willingness to share knowledge and best practices with peers. + **Team-Oriented Mindset:** A collaborative team mentality characterized by empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience. + **Deliverable Management:** Ability to meet deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific performance targets consistently. + **Continuous Improvement Focus:** Demonstrates a proactive approach to improving daily tasks and skill levels. + **Effective Time Management:** Strong time management skills, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing downtime. + **Strong Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills for team collaboration via calls, chats, emails, and ticketing systems, with a focus on timely responses. + **Self-Assessment Quality Assurance:** Experience in implementing self-assessment processes for quality assurance. + **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with HTML and CSS to support web content validation and quality checks. + **Ticketing Tools Experience:** Knowledge of ticketing tools such as SharePoint and JIRA is a plus.
