Job Description

Onin Staffing is looking for a skilled and dependable Warehouse Specialist to join an established e-commerce distribution team. We are especially welcoming Chinese-speaking candidates who can help support a growing and diverse team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage daily warehouse activities, including pick & pack, returns & repairs, and inventory control.

Monday to Friday.1st shift: 8am to 5pm.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and support pick and pack operations.Organize and manage product returns and repair processes.Oversee inventory management and accuracy.Use forklift and other warehouse equipment (must lift up to 50 lbs).Track and optimize inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Communicate with team members and help train or supervise as needed.


Work Experience
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:Experience with WMS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Forklift experience and knowledge of warehouse machinery.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
