Position Overview: 

Design and implement District's standards-aligned instruction with purposeful lesson plans in a bilingual setting (TK-3), meeting individual student needs and maximizing learning time. Create and maintain a positive and managed learning environment. Proactively assess student progress using varied methods, report outcomes, and make appropriate referrals for learning challenges. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support student learning and reinforce school policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively and commit to professional growth by staying current in subject matter and actively participating in school meetings and professional development.

Qualifications: 

CA Teaching Credential and a BCLAD (Bilingual Authorization) Classroom Experience & Subject Matter Expertise Strong Communication (Written & Oral) Successful District Screening Performance Physical and Mental Fitness for Demanding Role
