Are you a strong English and Spanish communicator with manufacturing or production experience? We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Team Lead to support and guide a hardworking crew on the 2nd shift.
What You’ll Do:Lead a team of production workers and keep things running smoothlyHelp bridge communication between English and Spanish-speaking team membersTrain and coach team members on safety, quality, and performanceKeep shift goals on track and report key updates to supervisorsPromote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For:Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be comfortable giving direction in bothAt least 2 years in manufacturing or production, with leadership experience preferredGreat communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a team-first attitudeWillingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
