Supply Chain Manager-US Market
Job Responsibilities
1. Global supply chain layout: formulate overseas supply chain strategies, optimize procurement networks (tea/cups/equipment), establish a multi-regional supplier backup mechanism, and reduce the risk of supply interruption.
2. Supplier management: screen and evaluate local high-quality suppliers, negotiate annual procurement agreements (price/credit period/quality standards), and promote suppliers to pass BRC, ISO and other certifications.
3. Cost and efficiency control: monitor indicators such as inventory turnover rate and procurement cost ratio, introduce VMI (vendor managed inventory) model, and coordinate cross-border logistics to reduce transportation losses.
4. Compliance management: ensure that all links in the supply chain comply with local food safety regulations (such as FDA, EU FIC), and deal with customs inspections, trade barriers and other issues
