Description We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Non-Profit Call Center Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As part of a non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives and connecting individuals to vital resources, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community. This individual must be bilingual in Spanish to be in consideration for this role. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing accurate information, referrals, and assistance. • Accurately document all client interactions and updates in web-based systems. • Stay informed about available programs, resources, and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively. • Maintain high standards of professionalism and empathy in all communications. • Utilize CRM platforms and other tools efficiently to manage client information. • Assist clients with billing functions and benefit inquiries to ensure their needs are met. • Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service and attention to detail. • Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and service delivery. Requirements • Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred. • Minimum of 1–2 years of call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. • Familiarity with public health, social work, psychology, or related social sciences is highly desirable. • Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask. • Bilingual Spanish/English skills • Ability to manage high volumes of inbound calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
