Bilingual Spanish/English-Loyalty Services Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish/English Loyalty Services Representative to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to policyholders and customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting retention efforts. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. • Assist policyholders in understanding the benefits of their insurance products to support retention and minimize cancellations. • Handle the collection of both current and overdue premiums, ensuring compliance with company standards. • Manage various call domains, including claims intake, policy administration, billing, and agent support, as needed. • Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple applications while adhering to established procedures. • Provide clear guidance and set expectations for policyholders regarding their insurance policies. • Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, such as call quality, average handle time, and other KPIs. • Collaborate with leadership to support process improvements and share feedback for enhancing customer service. • Demonstrate the organization’s values and traits while performing duties and addressing customer needs. • Adapt to various shifts and schedules as required to meet operational demands. Requirements • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in insurance sales is a plus. • Ability to think critically and partner with others to resolve service or claims-related issues. • Familiarity with data entry processes and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. • Licensed to sell health or life insurance is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet departmental standards. • Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various shifts.
