Description We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service and support while collaborating with team members and business partners. The role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and requests with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering compassionate, timely responses.
• Use multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of performance and quality in all aspects of customer service.
• Develop a working knowledge of personal lines insurance principles and the products offered to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Work a scheduled 40-hour week, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
• Handle special requests and complete additional tasks or projects as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on company policies and products. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or current enrollment is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong customer service orientation and a proven ability to deliver outstanding support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with others to achieve team goals.
• Availability to work onsite and adapt to varying schedules, including some Saturdays. TalentMatch®
