Bilingual Spanish - Customer Experience Agent
Description About the Role: Robert Half is partnering with a values-driven nonprofit organization seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Agent to join their frontline support team. In this role, you’ll be the voice and heart of the organization—providing high-quality, compassionate service to community members seeking resources, support, and guidance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and informed, whether over the phone, through email, or during in-person interactions. Responsibilities: + Serve as the first point of contact for clients and community members in both Spanish and English. + Deliver empathetic, solutions-oriented support via phone, email, or in-person interactions. + Educate individuals on available programs and services, and guide them through intake and eligibility processes. + Accurately document all client interactions in internal databases. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive timely follow-up and referrals. + Monitor and manage high call/email volume while maintaining professionalism and care. + Proactively identify client needs and connect them with appropriate resources or case managers. + Help improve the overall client experience by escalating feedback and identifying process gaps. Requirements Requirements: + Bilingual in Spanish and English (both spoken and written). + At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role—ideally within a nonprofit, healthcare, or human services setting. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. + Technically proficient; comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other communication tools. + Empathetic, patient, and adaptable—especially when working with individuals in crisis or facing barriers. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working with underserved or multicultural communities. + Background in advocacy, case management, or social services.
