Job Title: School Based Primary Therapist Department: School Based Program Location: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. School No. 9, and Enrico Fermi School No. 17 Hours Per Week: 40(10 month position) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 SUMMARY: As a Primary Therapist, you are an important resource and trusted confidant for each patient, providing treatment while allowing the patient the highest quality of life. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provides initial and ongoing assessment, counseling and clinical intervention to a designated caseload. + Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy. + Participates functionally as a member of an interdisciplinary team in coordination and delivery of patient care. + Communicates with relevant internal and external care providers to complete ongoing assessment and to coordinate care. + Participates in and incorporates professional supervision and ongoing education toward quality care. + Completes all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner. + Maintains a full caseload, meeting productivity requirements and seeks to keep the incidence of failed appointments to a minimum. + Utilizes efficient computer skills for electronic documentation. + Must obtain licensure or permit in a timely manner. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Masters Degree in Human Services field required + LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or permit holder in one of these professions required. Limited permit or license required within 1 year of hire PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + 2 years relevant experience preferred. + Experience in a school based setting preferred. + Bilingual(Spanish) preferred EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. PAY RANGE: $53,310.00 - $66,420.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14607 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
