Spherion is currently searching for a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Recruiting Specialist to add to our team. We are looking for customer service focused individuals to join our team in Lebanon, PA. If you like to drive results and thrive by connecting with people and building relationships, you would make a great fit with our team! In this role, you will primarily be responsible for working with our clients to provide the appropriate talent to fill their needs. The Recruiting Specialist will build relationships with Spherion clients and employees as they learn to be a business consultant who is responsible for decision making in order to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

Meet the sales/service expectations of Spherion applicants, employees and clientsDetermine client needs, place appropriately skilled employees on flexible/full time assignments and conduct quality control and arrival calls on all client ordersMaintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and to promote client and employee retentionIdentify new business opportunitiesRecruit, interview, make hiring decisions and conduct new employee orientation of flexible employeesCounsel flexible employees on behavioral and performance issues; document and take corrective action as necessaryWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Education: High School

High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 12 months
