Work Experience

Bilingual in English & Spanish – fluent in both spoken and writtenRecruiting experience required – ideally in staffing, industrial, or warehouse settingsStrong attention to detail – organized and accurate with paperwork and processesProfessional appearance & excellent interpersonal skills – must be comfortable working with candidates, clients, and coworkers from all walks of lifeOwn reliable vehicle – this position includes regular local travel to job sites and client locationsFlexible schedule – standard hours are 8AM–5PM, but early mornings or late evenings may be needed
