We are seeking a proactive and experienced Bilingual Full Time Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess 3-6 years of expertise in managing all aspects of the recruitment process. This role requires a hands-on professional adept at sourcing and attracting top talent across various position levels, including management, entry-level graduates, and skilled trades, across multiple areas. You will partner closely with human resources, hiring managers, and operations teams to meet hiring demands and contribute to our dynamic work environment.Responsibilities:
Partner effectively with human resources, hiring managers, and operations teams to address hiring and recruiting demands.
Design and implement proactive recruitment sourcing and advertising strategies, including targeted efforts to enhance diversity.
Utilize creative and cost-effective methods to attract candidates efficiently and quickly.
Proactively source and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods to build robust talent pipelines.
Lead and participate in hiring, recruiting, and networking events to build candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Efficiently schedule and manage candidate interactions, including phone screenings, in-person interviews, and job try-outs.
Facilitate seamless onsite and virtual interview experiences.
Coordinate pre-employment testing and communicate status updates to relevant parties.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all new hires within the HRIS.
Manage the full lifecycle of job requisitions in the HRIS, including creation, candidate flow management, dispositioning of candidates, and regular refreshing of postings.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR team and corporate goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of full-time recruiting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience recruiting for trades positions is highly desirable.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting best practices and current industry trends.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas of HR, administrative processes, and long- and short-term projects
Demonstrate success in recruiting for a wide variety of positions, including management, entry-level college graduates, and skilled trades, across multiple states.
Proven experience in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, applicant tracking systems, and onboarding procedures.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on positive interactions with all stakeholders.
A proactive and hands-on work ethic.
Proficiency with standard business software.
Demonstrated ability to handle situations with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
Highly developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, enabling effective and proactive interaction with all levels of internal and external management, vendors, and agencies, with a strong focus on sensitivity and change management within diverse cultural and corporate environments.
