Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with client to determine staffing needsScreen applicants/candidatesPerform in-person and phone interviews with candidatesPerform background checks and drug screensProvide hiring recommendations to Branch ManagerMaintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achievedCommunicate policies and procedures as well as a benefits overview during screening processStay informed on policies, federal and state laws regarding employment practices
