Bilingual Program Manager (Japanese & English)
**Responsibilities** · Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. · Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance satisfaction. · Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and expectations. · Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth. · Address and resolve client complaints in a professional manner. · Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback. · Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services. · Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve client engagement. · Oversee delivery as desired · Manage Internal Stake holders · End to End Delivery Management **Qualifications (Mandatory)** · 15+ Years of relevant experience · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. · Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. · Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). · Knowledge of customer service best practices. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends. · Japanese - N2 Level or above (Bilingual) · Strong in IT implementation Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
