Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a motivated Bilingual Patient Coordinatorto for our Licensed Home Care Agency.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
The position includes the following tasks:
Resolution of inbound calls from Patients, Aides, and ContractsOutbound follow up calls to Patients, Aides, and ContractsDocument, maintain, and manage patient/aide filesEnsure compliance with DOH regulations and internal policies and proceduresBenefits:
