Job Description:

Are you passionate about helping others succeed? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy sharing your knowledge? We’re looking for a Bilingual Production Trainer to lead the way in onboarding and developing our paint team!

Pay:  Starts at $26/hour ($24/hour + $2/hour Spanish speaking premium)

Schedule & Shift:  Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM

THE DAY TO DAY…

Adhere to company Core Values and Principles and review with new employees

Review company administration policies and procedures with new employees

Review department specific procedures/expectations with new employees

Ensure a safe working environment at all times

Train new and existing employees using TWI (Training Within Industry) Job Instruction

Evaluate trainee performance and enter data electronically

Monitor metrics and assist Trainer II in determining training opportunities while working with Team Leaders to coordinate training schedule

Manage tooling maintenance including all training materials and Training Cell 6S efforts

Report individual training evaluation results to Manufacturing Leader to determine action

Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals

Work as part of a team having responsibility for producing outdoor power equipment

Strict adherence to standard work

Perform Assembly II production functions, using any equipment necessary to complete stations

In a team setting, troubleshoot Safety, Quality and Productivity issues

Participate on at least one Kaizen Event or complete a combination of 12 Kaizen Implements or Problem Solvings per year

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

Minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish & English

Must be bilingual

Capable of performing multiple assembly stations/processes adhering to standard work

Strong Microsoft Office preferred
