Oversee daily workforce operations: scheduling, attendance, shift coordination, and check-ins.Lead onboarding, orientations, and training for new hires, ensuring accurate documentation.Use your English/Spanish skills to communicate effectively with all teammates and our client, bridging language gaps and fostering clear understanding.Serve as the main point of contact for the client—addressing needs quickly and professionally.Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement improvements.Coach, mentor, and engage teammates to build loyalty and performance.Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and company policies.Partner with recruiters to meet staffing needs and support long-term workforce planning.Be available on-call as needed to handle urgent workforce matters.Work Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written skillsGreat personality with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.1–2 years of leadership or management experience (staffing, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred).Strong communication, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills.Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Groveland, FL (local candidates are encouraged to apply).Comfortable with occasional on-call responsibilities.Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office; ATS/HRIS experience is a plus.Benefits
