Primoris Pipeline is currently seeking a bilingual Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Beaumont, Texas. This role serves as a vital point of contact for our projects sites and will directly interface with other members of the HR team, the management team, and pipeline field personnel on a daily basis. The bilingual Onboarding Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the onboarding process for all of our new hires supporting the Primoris Pipeline group. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete pre-access requirements for new hires (send for drug and alcohol testing, safety training, etc.) Assist new hires with onboarding documents (sign on packages, benefit enrollment, etc.) Coordinate new hire arrival to respective job sites Post available craft job opportunities via UKG Screen craft applicants and send to hiring managers Other general HR assistance for the division

Basic Qualifications:

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to work with confidential information Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred but not required
