Job Title: Bilingual Onboarding Associate
Job Description

As a Bilingual Onboarding Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting applicants through the company's application and hiring process, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.

ResponsibilitiesAssist applicants with completing new-hire paperwork in a room equipped with approximately 30 computers.Help with the fingerprinting process as part of the onboarding procedure.Manage and store documentation and applications by filing and organizing paperwork.Provide support to an estimated 40-60 applicants daily as they complete the hiring process.Essential SkillsExperience in onboarding, customer service, and data entry.Proficiency in new hire orientation and administrative support.Competency in Microsoft Office applications.Fluency in both verbal and written communication in a bilingual capacity.1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, working directly with applicants.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Ability to navigate computer systems to assist applicants with their online paperwork.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong personality and ability to ensure applicants have a great experience during the application process.Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment, working collaboratively on a team with approximately 10 other onboarding associates. The role involves interacting directly with applicants, providing support and guidance throughout their hiring process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.78 - $18.78/hr.
