Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a reliable Office Assistant to join their team. As an integral part of their operations, you’ll offer critical support to ensure seamless day-to-day office functions and outstanding customer service for tenants and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
+ Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, manage schedules, maintain files, and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
+ Customer Service: Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate departments.
+ Documentation: Assist with preparing leases, contracts, and other property-related documents while maintaining compliance standards.
+ Property Coordination: Monitor maintenance requests and communicate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to meet operational goals.
Requirements:
+ Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or office assistant experience; property management background preferred.
+ Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Soft Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude while working with diverse teams.
+ Education: High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in property management or business administration is a plus.
Requirements • Proficiency in 10-key typing with high accuracy.
• Strong skills in customer service and communication.
• Experience in data entry and handling large volumes of information.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
• Ability to organize files and maintain structured records.
• Aptitude for performing calculations and verifying numerical data.
• Skill in scanning and digitizing physical documents.
