What Matters MostCompetitive Pay: $60,000-$80,000, based on experienceSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmRelocation support availableLocation: Statesboro, GADirect Hire opportunity with long-term career growthJob DescriptionAs a Bilingual Korean Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding Korean- and English-speaking talent for a wide range of light industrial and clerical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with all staffing procedures and employment laws.
ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community outreachConduct interviews and screenings in both Korean and EnglishMatch candidates to client job orders and provide recommendations to hiring managersCoordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding documentationMaintain accurate applicant records in the Paycom systemEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal proceduresQualifications and RequirementsFluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred, Linked In Pro experience a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, Paycom experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBenefits and PerksPay Rate: $60,000-$80,000Paid Time Off, 401K, & Healthcare coverage Opportunities to advance your career in recruiting and human resourcesYour Career PartnerThe Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities. We are committed to pay transparency. The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
