Bilingual Korean HR Coordinator
Description We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Korean HR Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is skilled in managing HR processes with attention to detail and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative expertise and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English to support various HR functions. Responsibilities: • Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring all employee documentation is accurately completed and maintained. • Manage and track timekeeping and payroll activities in compliance with California labor laws. • Maintain organized and up-to-date HR files, including employee records and background checks. • Support HR compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with state and federal regulations. • Oversee calendar management and internal communications to facilitate efficient workflow. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, budget tracking, and reporting tasks. • Collaborate with HR teams to address employee inquiries and resolve administrative issues. • Assist with HRIS management and updates to ensure accurate employee information. • Provide bilingual communication support in Korean and English • Contribute to the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination roles. • Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. • Experience with onboarding processes and employee documentation. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll coordination. • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with fluency in both languages. • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. • Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
