Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Community Coaches at multiple levels, as well as select administrative and finance staff.Post job ads, source candidates, screen and interview, conduct background checks, and manage the onboarding and orientation process.Support approximately 6 open requisitions at a time, focusing on non-clinical roles.Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on the talent market, coach them through best practices, and ensure strong communication throughout the hiring process.Attend and represent the organization at job fairs and other recruiting events.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal funding requirements, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and oversight.Work extensively in Teams for meetings, interviews, and manager communication; must be highly proficient with virtual collaboration tools.Utilize systems including Setworks, isolved, and iHire for recruiting and HR processes.
