Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Generalist, you will act as the cornerstone of HR operations while partnering closely with management and employees. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and resolutions in both English and Spanish. Foster a culture of trust and constructive collaboration.
+ Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring processes, including interviews, onboarding, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
+ Compliance: Ensure company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws, helping the organization remain in full compliance.
+ Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, develop multilingual materials, and support ongoing workforce education initiatives with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
+ Payroll & Benefits Support: Partner with payroll teams to oversee employee time tracking, benefits enrollment, and answers to benefits-related questions.
+ Performance Management: Assist in employee performance reviews, tracking KPIs, and ensuring all recognition and corrective action processes are aligned with company values.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of HR experience, a passion for people, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key qualifications include:
+ 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or a comparable environment.
+ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
+ Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
+ Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
+ Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
+ Ability to connect with employees at all levels and create a positive, inclusive environment.
