Description We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative with a non-profit organization to support our community by providing high-quality, empathetic assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has experience with phone based customer service.
