Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Description Are you a skilled communicator and problem-solver fluent in both English and Spanish? Our client is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. In this role, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every client feels valued and supported. This opportunity allows you to leverage your language skills while contributing to a collaborative and growing team. Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat. + Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy. + Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies. + Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently within company guidelines. + Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. + Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. + Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting key performance metrics, including response time and resolution. + Contribute to process improvement by identifying patterns in customer feedback. Requirements + Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required. + Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles preferred. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language for different audiences. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). + Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. + High level of attention to detail and ability to provide accurate, thorough responses.
