About the role:
As a Carrier Services Coordinator, you are responsible for providing unparalleled service to TQL’s transportation partners. You will work alongside the best Customer Service team in the industry, receiving phone calls to assist TQL carriers with any problems or questions.

What you’ll be doing:
Provide excellent customer service to TQL’s carrier baseHelp resolve shipping issues with a high level of professionalismWork with insurance companies to verify expiration dates for cargo and liability insuranceDocument and manage all tasks in our internal systemsCommunicate directly with the sales team when necessary
