Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist
Description We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between individuals and the resources they need, helping to strengthen communities through compassionate service. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information, resources, or referrals to meet client needs. • Document all client interactions thoroughly and promptly using web-based systems. • Stay informed about available services, programs, and resources to guide clients effectively. • Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner. • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clear and empathetic communication at all times. • Utilize CRM tools, chat platforms, and other software to manage and track client interactions efficiently. • Assist clients with billing-related questions, benefit functions, and other administrative needs. • Monitor and report on call center metrics using systems such as Salesforce. • Support initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and streamline service delivery. Requirements • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. • Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered. • At least 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. • Background in public health, social work, psychology, or related social sciences is advantageous. • Proficiency in web-based systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
